SERVICE DISRUPTION
TO CUSTOMERS SERVED BY
TUCKER VALLEY WATER TREATMENT PLANT
The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in Carenage and environs served by the Tucker Valley Water Treatment Plant, who are presently experiencing an interruption in their regular pipe borne water supply that, this is due to mechanical problems being experienced at the facility.
Emergency repair works currently underway are expected to be completed by 12.00 noon on Friday 29th January, 2021.

Customers are advised that following the resumption of full operations of the plant, it may take up to 24 hours for the scheduled pipe borne water supply to normalize to some affected areas.
Temporary amended water supply schedule for the affected areas will be posted on the Authority’s website: www.wasa.gov.tt, as well as Facebook page: WASA Trinidad & Tobago. For further information or assistance, customers are asked to contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll free at 800-4420/4426. A limited truck-borne water service will be available with priority given to special homes, health care and educational institutions.
