DISRUPTION

TO WASA TELEPHONE
AND COMPUTER NETWORK SYSTEMS

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) wishes to advise customers and the public that, its telephone and computer network systems outside of its Head Office, St. Joseph, are currently out of service. This situation began on Tuesday 9th March 2021 and has been impacting the provision of various services at the Authority’s Customer Service Centres, including requests for billing and account information.

The Authority apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this problem, which the service provider is working on correcting at the earliest.
