SERVICE INTERRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS IN
PARTS OF CARAPICHAIMA

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of Carapichaima, who are presently experiencing an interruption in their pipe borne water supply that, this is due to a ruptured 21 inch diameter transmission pipeline, located along Roopsingh Road, Korea Village, Carapichaima.

Emergency repair works currently underway are expected to be completed by 8:00 p.m. on Friday 30th April, 2021.

Areas affected include:

  • Roopsingh Development
  • Korea Village
  • Chandanagore
  • Derrick Road
  • Wyaby Village
  • Joyce Road
  • Limehead Road
  • Orange Valley

Customers are advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the scheduled pipe borne water supply to normalize to some areas after the completion of these works.
