SERVICE DISRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS SERVED BY THE PITCH ROAD BOOSTER STATION

The Water and Sewerage Authority, (the Authority), advises customers served by the Pitch Road Booster Station, who are currently experiencing a disruption in their water supply, that this is due to mechanical problems affecting two (2) motors at the facility.

Repair works are currently underway and are expected to be completed by Tuesday 17th January, 2023.

AFFECTED AREAS RETURN TO SERVICE
Upper Marie Road, St. Francois Valley Road, Romain Lands, Mon Repos, Laventille Road/Laventille Road Extension, Never Dirty, Chinapoo, Red Hill, Pelican Extension, Coconut Drive, Second Caledonia, Vegas, Las Altruas, Almond Courts, Morvant Avenue and environs. Tuesday 17th January, 2023

A limited truck borne service will be available upon request. This can be requested through the following self-service options:

  • Use of the mobile WASA Services App which can be downloaded for Android mobile customers from the Play Store or iPhone mobile customers from the Apple store.
  • Use of the Customer Portal available on the Authority’s website: www.wasa.gov.tt.
