SUPPLY DISRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS SERVED BY THE NORTH OROPOUCHE WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority), has received complaints of low pressure and in some cases, no water, from customers in east Trinidad served by the North Oropouche Water Treatment Plant.

At this time, WASA Team members are conducting investigations along the distribution network to determine the cause of the disruption, with a view of rectifying same and returning service to affected customers in the shortest possible time.

The Authority thanks customers for their patience and understanding. A further update will be provided is a subsequent release.
