SUPPLY DISRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS IN PARTS OF FREEPORT

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers in parts of the Freeport area, served by the Freeport Water Treatment Plant, who are experiencing low pressures or no water supply that this is due to reduced flows from the facility, caused by mechanical problems impacting Well #15.

Extensive repair works to return the facility to full production, are expected to be completed by Tuesday 7th February, 2023.
