SERVICE DISRUPTION

TO CUSTOMERS SERVED BY COBLENTZ BOOSTER

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority), advises customers in parts of Cascade and Belmont served by Coblentz Booster, who are currently experiencing a disruption in their pipe-borne water supply that this is due to mechanical problems impacting operations at the facility.

Extensive emergency repair works currently underway are expected to be completed by Wednesday 8th February, 2023.

Areas to be affected include:

A limited truck-borne service will be available upon request which can be made through the following self-service options:

  • WASA Services App available via the Play Store or Apple store; or
  • Customer Portal available on the Authority’s website: www.wasa.gov.tt.
