Single Property (Domestic or Non-Domestic)

For standalone properties with access to a water main:

• Complete an Agreement/Application Form for New Water Service.
• Provide a Certificate of Payment (COP) from the District Revenue Office, the City Hall or the Borough Corporation
• Provide two (2) valid forms of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport).
• Provide an Approved Cadastral Map if the premise is land only.
• Pay Application fee of $737.50 (a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is included).

The owner(s) or person authorized by the owner(s) can apply for this service.

Additional Requirements: If the new property owner is not listed in the District Revenue Office or City/Borough Corporation, Rolls

• Original Registered Deed of Property (A copy to be provided).
• Statutory Declaration prepared by a Commissioner of Affidavit.
