Forms are available at our Customer Service Centres throughout Trinidad & Tobago. Payments for services are to be made by Cash, Certified Cheque, Linx or Credit Card.

TO TRANSACT BUSINESS ON BEHALF OF THE PROPERTY OWNER/S (Applicable to All Services)

  • Submit an authorization letter from registered owner(s) or provide Proof of Power of Attorney.
  • Provide two (2) valid forms of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport) of owner(s) and person making the request
  • If the owner resides abroad, a Notary Public or Notification Certificate is required.
REQUEST FOR A NEW WATER SERVICE CONNECTION

Single Property (Domestic or Non-Domestic)

For standalone properties with access to a water main:

  • Provide a Certificate of Payment (COP) from the District Revenue Office, the City Hall or the Borough Corporation
  • Provide two (2) valid forms of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport).
  • Provide an Approved Cadastral Map if the premise is land only.
  • Pay Application fee of $737.50 (a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is included).

The owner(s) or person authorized by the owner(s) can apply for this service.

Additional Requirements: If the new property owner is not listed in the District Revenue Office or City/Borough Corporation, Rolls
