Forms are available at our Customer Service Centres throughout Trinidad & Tobago. Payments for services are to be made by Cash, Certified Cheque, Linx or Credit Card.

TO TRANSACT BUSINESS ON BEHALF OF THE PROPERTY OWNER/S (Applicable to All Services)

  • Submit an authorization letter from registered owner(s) or provide Proof of Power of Attorney.
  • Provide two (2) valid forms of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport) of owner(s) and person making the request
  • If the owner resides abroad, a Notary Public or Notification Certificate is required.
REQUEST FOR TRUCKBOURNE SUPPLY
  • Provide a valid account number reflecting an amount of no more than 2 billing periods.
  • Provide telephone contact.
  • Provide directions to property

N.B. – Tank MUST be accessible.
Service is free for un–metered customers. Metered customers are required to pay $175.00 per trip (400 gallons).
