A temporary water service connection is one where no legal documentation exists regarding the ownership of the property and the said property is occupied in excess of 7 years.
Complete the Temporary New Water Service Application Form.
Submit a Statutory Declaration prepared by a Commissioner of Affidavits (Specimen available at all Customer Service Centres).
Provide Deed of Comfort (A copy to be provided)
Provide a recent UTILITY BILL (preferably T&TEC) for the property.
Provide two (2) valid forms of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport).
Provide a sketch showing location and clear directions to the property (including landmarks and description of the building).
Pay New Service Connection fee of $737.50 plus a voluntary disconnection fee of $312.00
N.B. There must be an existing structure on the land.
