OWNER OF A PROPERTY BUT NEVER RECEIVED A BILL?

Property Owner/Current Occupier

  • Provide a Certificate of Payment (COP) from the District Revenue Office, the City Hall or the Borough Corporation.
  • Visit any Customer Service Centre.
  • Provide two (2) valid forms of Picture identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport)
  • Provide a sketch showing location and clear directions to the property (including landmarks and description of building).

Requirements also applicable to Swimming Pool Owners: Rate $160.00 per Quarter

REQUEST FOR E-BILL

  • Provide two (2) valid forms of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport).
  • Provide a valid account number
  • Authorization letter and ID if the person requesting e-bill is not the account holder

A Registered Business:

  • Submit Certificate of Incorporation showing all the Directors.
  • Provide two (2) valid forms of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport) for two (2) Officers who are authorized to conduct business on behalf of the company.
  • To conduct business on behalf of the company, the two Officers identified in item 2 above can appoint a Third Party/Representative who must provide two (2) valid forms of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport).

  • Visit any Customer Service Centre and complete Complaints Form or download WASA Services APP
  • Inquiries may include billing queries, leaks, no water complaints, damage to property and reports of illegal activities.
