REQUEST FOR AGREEMENTS

1. Non-domestic Customers

  • Visit any one of our Customer Service Centres
  • Provide two (2) valid forms of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport).
  • Valid Account number
  • 30-50% down payment of outstanding arrears and balance liquidated within 2 - 6 months.

2. Domestic Customers

  • Visit any one of our Customer Service Centres
  • Provide two (2) valid forms of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport).
  • Valid Account number
  • 50% down payment of outstanding arrears and balance liquidated within 2 - 6 months.

3. Recipient of Public Assistance

  • Owner/Current Occupier household income MUST be a minimum of $1,200.00 monthly
  • Provide two (2) valid forms of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit, Passport).
  • Payment of $200.00 monthly and current rates when due.
  • Provide proof of receipt of Public Assistance.
  • Agreement to be reviewed every 6 months.
  • N.B. – If the above conditions are not met, the normal domestic agreement will apply.

4. Old Age Pensioners

  • WASA Account in the name of Pensioner
  • Provide a valid form of Picture Identification (National Identification Card, Driver’s Permit or Passport).
  • Payment of $500.00 monthly and current rates when they become due.
  • Copy of Life Certificate to be produced annually for renewal of Agreement.
